If your pet isn't loving their new gear, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you simple instructions.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, clean, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, used grooming and feeding items can only be returned if unopened.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
